Service rep. was very nice but the whole process of getting key fobs programmed was bad. They could t figure how to do it and wanted to charge me for their misstep. This is the 6th time I have taken my car in for service with no or substandard service. Other problems could not even be resolved. And the problems still exist.

If I owned a dealership, I would want Dean to run it. Excellent customer service from him and the whole team at Flow. They made the process actually enjoyable compared to the other 6 dealerships I went to prior. Will recommend to anyone in need of a vehicle!

Went in for an oil change on the 2019 Suburban Premier. Had them check the front brake pads, which I was told was included. Also asked them to check a "clang" when shifting from reverse occasionally. $150 diagnosis fee. Ended up that we should keep it in 2H instead of Auto. Total bill over $300.

I came in without an appointment for a leaking tire on my Corvette. Service Advisor, Robert, took great care of me and I was back on the road in two hours. I got a video from the technician explaining what he did. Very satisfied.
