Great service and communication in the service department

It couldn’t have been better. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Patrick did a great job as did Mike in finance. They were fair in value of my trade. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had.

Every aspect of the sales process went very smoothly. Every step of the way! Maria Lane was outstanding...she did it "all", along with her sales manager who provided me with a matching trade allowance to a Carvana offer I had been pursuing with vigor. Maria worked with me explaining how things worked...I was prepared for each segment of the sales process thanks to Maria! Buying a new car these days is sure different than it was decades ago. The best part of a rather long process is that nothing gets hidden. Everything is explained. No "gotcha" situations arose at all. That was impossible since the entire process was explained step-by-step. I asked several questions of the sales manager about the vehicle quote for sales and financing....I got my answers right away ... without delay and explained fully. The Flow team made sure I had all my questions answered. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the process...basically a day-long process that spilled over to the following morning when I returned to pickup the car. I will be using Flow Buick/GMC for my Envista's service needs also.
